On February 9, 2005, we began our journey to adopt a baby from China. We've created this blog for friends and family to follow our journey to Claire and our lives following the adoption.

More from Havana
This is our tour guide for the day, Omar, with two of his lovely lady friends. Two men and their babies A fun parade through one of the squares in old Havana A random pic
Claire's hair was crazy that day. With short naps on the bus here and there, and major wind, Claire's pigtails started to come undone early in the day.
Time seems at a premium these days with me so I haven't commented, but I love all the Cuba posts. The random pic and the blowing piggies are two of my favs. I also must say that girl has a lot of bathing suits:) and looks fabulous in every one!! See you Wednesday girls.
Looks like you had a wonderful time in Cuba. What an interesting time to be down there. Supermodel Claire looks so joyful in all the shots. She must have had a blast. I'll bet she has lots of admirers down there now.
I've always loved photography. In high school and university, I took photography classes but ultimately chose a career in law and left my passion behind. Now that I'm a stay-at-home mom to two amazing kids, my passion in photography has re-ignited.

I love looking at holiday photos, even if they aren't my own! Great photo of the two daddies with their babies!
Those photos are just as I imagined Cuba to be. So colourful and vibrant. Great pics!
